Who are the demons? They are bad anjels or they are another kind of spiritual entities?

This is a good question. I believe they would be a classification of a fallen spiritual being. But, there are many classification regarding these beings. Any other thoughts?

Demons (coming from the Greek daimōn which means to distribute fortunes) is synonomous with devils (slanderers) and unclean spirits. They are entities that are in league with Satan as the Scriptures testify thus: Mat 25:41 Then He will also say to those on His left, Go away from Me, cursed ones, into the everlasting fire having been prepared for the Devil and his angels.Rev 12:7 And war occurred in Heaven, Michael and his angels making war against the dragon. And the dragon and his angels made war, Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, the old serpent being called devil, and, Satan; he deceiving the whole habitable world was cast out onto the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Jam 2:19 You believe that God is One. You do well; even the demons believe and shudder. This insinuates that the demons are fallen angels because they have great knowledge of God. Also, the Scriptures teach that when a man dies he rests in the Grave to await judgment. Spirits of evil humans do not become demons then, it must be those treachorous Melekim who rebelled against their God with HaSatan. |

I agree with Reuel and Blake here. Shadim (demons) are nothing more than fallen angels. *As a sidenote Blake, a Melek is a king and a Malak-El is an angel.*  |

Thanks guys, I agree with you all, I think the demons are fallem anjels, but, I have to say that I love the studies from Yashanet and judaism 101, and I've been reading some studies from them, and I find this one that I thougt was very interesting, it's about the Spiritual Realm. I believe that demonic spirits are those who are overstepping the laws and judicials descisions of the one true G-d.
They are having selfish longing and wilfully rejecting their G-d and their king and have set their face against him as an opposer and harmful spirit towards all those of his flock which have lost their way or who have yet to be found.
In all cases they are not to be feared because the reward they have for their deeds whilst mortal and their deeds when they enter into their death state is their payment in full, as their wages is death and estrangement from their only source of salvation.
