I anyone here persecuted for practicing when they go to a church, or when they have a friend who disagrees?
In my church, there are people who tell me that I am wrong and that I am not a believer. As I have stated earlier, my family is part of those people. I have proven to them through scripture numbers of times, but then they simply do something that is particularly annoying. Thay cover up thier ears and say "yayayayay", or simply say: "No, I don't feel like arguing with you"; even though they started the argument.
Some church members say we are not under the Law, but I tell them I agree; we are above it, so we are able to fulfill it with the everpresent help of Yohshuah HaMoshiach.

Brother Chumash614, I know that many of us here on the forum (including me) have directly experienced what you are going through. Be comforted because you are on the path of righteousness. The scriptures overwhelmingly support you. This is the case with me as well. They do this because they do not wish to really know the truth, or they would be willing to consider the scriptures just as the Bereans did in Acts 17:10-11. I know first hand that this is most frustrating, and these situations require much patience, and care. My brother, continue to take the advice of Rav Sha'ul when sharing Biblical wisdom with your family, and friends... "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy." - Ya'akov (James) 3:17 If your presentation of The Truth is inveloped in the above mitzvot you will be most effective. And again, you must be patient... "And the servant of YHVH must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if G'd peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will." - 2Timothy 2:24-26 This no-doubt is easier said than done, but I am confident through the power of Ruach HaKodesh that you will prevail. You plant the seeds, and share the truth as Messiah has commanded (Mat. 28:19-20), and let our Heavenly Father worry about the rest. If you do this, their blood is not upon your head (Ezekiel 33:8-9). Shalom aleichem b' Yeshua HaMashiach, Reuel

I've always said that we are not under the law, but neither are we above it. Same idea, almost opposite words.

I believe what Chumash614 was implying in his following statement... ...was that we are not under the penalty of the law because through Yeshua HaMashiach, and the Ruach HaKodesh we have the power to rise above the condemnation of the law, and keep (thus not being under it's condemnation). For the wages of sin is death. Shalom, Reuel
