Hi Everyone! Wanted to introduce myself as I have been getting to know you all through your posts for a few weeks now! I wanted to thank you for your thoughtful and thought provoking questions and responses and let you know how much I appreciate the time you have taken to be thorough. ( I would name names but I fear to leave some out!) I especially appreciate you "devils advocates" out there who ask the questions that we christians have without fear of censure, as they must be asked and answered!! I have learned so MUCH. Now a breif intro: I am a practicing member of the christian church (as of now), in particular the Church of Christ. I have gotten to this place on the path through a series of events that I belive were planned for me, and I am glad I have. Interestingly, I have had for sometime now what I call an "un-natural love of the jewish people" for no particular reason at all...I just love them. I'll never forget seeing a "Jews for Jesus" bus in the target parking lot~ 6 yrs ago and breaking out in tears because PRAISE G-D THERE ARE SOME WHO BELIEVE! (I think I called everyone I knew and told them! I think they thought I had gone off the deep end!) Finally, after some time of praying for them and crying to G-D over them I said "God, I dont understand why I care one Whit about those people! I dont even know any!" To which I believe He said "Well, why not??" And that was the seed that gew to my finding you. I have alot of questions that I am sure will be redundant to you so I ask your patience. I am not trying to be insulting or teach you "christianity"...I just want to know your thoughts! I do not, nor have I EVER beleved that the church is Isreal (which has always been a problem for me in the church) and praise G-D I've found people who agree! Anyway, that's it for now....keep doing what you do!! B

I once took the COC correspondence course, had no problem with what the believed until I came to their justification for Sunday Sabbath, then we parted company. Since have learned alot about the COC, mainly that the is only for history! If it ain't in the NT it ain't gospel. If you look at my signature scripture, you'll see the need to convert believing Jews isn't necessary. But the non-believer whether Jew or Gentile needs to be lead to the and hopefully he will get the message and become saved, then he may become a doer of the word and become eligible for election. Shalom

We are glad that you have found us, and we are glad that you feel this is a place that you can learn. We look forward to sharing further in discussion, and please do not be afraid to ask any questions. Baruch HaShem. Many believers are finding themselves drawn to a supernatural love for Israel, and the Jewish people. I believe this is G-d's timing, as He begins to awaken the church to their roots, and the necessity of in their lives. By the way, you did know one Jew. His name is Yeshua (Jesus). Keep in mind that many of us were in the church before we saw the light of G-d shining on the . I for one was raised in Orthodox Judaism, came to Messiah in a church, became a pastor, and then left to return to my roots in Messianic Judaism. It is good that Avinu (Our Father) has shown you the truth regarding Israel and the church. Again, we look forward to sharing with you, and hearing what you have to say. Jump in on any of the conversations, and do not fear. You are in a safe place. Shalom, Yitzchak
