Shalom everybody! My name is Philip and I am currently attending University majoring in Biblical Studies. I have been raised in a Pentecostal background and attend a Pentecostal college. My step mom is Jewish and I was also brought up going to Temple and going to all my relatives Bar/Bat-Mitzvahs and so on. In high school I started to question why the Church was not more Jewish? I started off by Jews, Yeshua and his disciples, and was for the Jews first so how did it become so non-Jewish. My denominations background, Assemblies of
G-d, supports Israel but we are taught that we do not have to follow Torah. Now in college as I progress in my studies of the Scriptures I am searching for an understanding of Ha-Shem. I hope to learn and share in future posts. This sight has already been very helpful!
