Hello everyone. I am excited about joining this message board. My husband and myself have been messianic for roughly 5 years. I have three younger children whom I homeschool. I am really trying to reach out and find other young messianic mothers/couples because there aren't many 20 something's in my area. I also participate in Davidic dance and belong to a dance worship team(we are not currently active however) and am very excited to talk to others about their worship services and what not. But don't get me wrong, I can delve into the "hard stuff" just as easily, I am always up for a good discussion or lesson. So this is a great opportunity for me to network and make more friends in Yeshua!! Thank you for this opportunity! Messimom

Hi Mom,
My family is about an hour south of you in Lebanon. We have one one young mother in her twenties; but I think this is temporary- she is expecting her second child and staying with her parents while her husband is out to sea (Navy). The rest of us old people are in our thirties. We have seven children and there's another couple that has two and another which is expecting their second. Most women bring their own water to drink when they come to our house... I just can't understand it!
We have an interest in davidic dance, and people are encouraged to dance during our song time; but the last time I tried, I kicked some poor girl in the head.
There are also fellowships in Salem and Portland, if you are looking; but we (ourselves and those I mention) are not part of Natzrene Yisrael or Two-house. I understand that there is a Natzrene Yisrael in the Silverton/Woodburn area.
Anyway, welocme to the forum! It's exciting to have a neighbor join in!
Mark

Shalom Messimom and welcome to Ahavat Elohim Messianic Discussion Forums! Feel free to join in on current discussion or start a new thread. And, make sure to invite your husband as well! We are also familiar with the Messianic dance and enjoy this form of worship very much. When you come into Spokane, we will have to dance to Hava Nagila! I'll make sure to clear everything in your general vicinity. Shalom chaverim, Reuel

Hi, Mom! I am just a little newer here than you, but I'm old enough to be your mother. I can't dance (yet), but when I learn, I will do my best not to kick anyone in the head!
I wonder if I could kick that high.

Nope.
