As a philosopher Kant was a rational empiricist, meaning he thinks we only (or at least primarily) learn from experiences. He also had a huge effect on Western thinking. However the Bible has many scriptures on raising children, among them:

Prov 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go,
Even when he is old he will not depart from it.

Deu 11:19 You shall teach them to your sons, talking of them when you sit in your house and when you walk along the road and when you lie down and when you rise up.

2 Tim 3:16 All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness,

Philosophy can be a good tool in understanding how a people thinks. However I would argue that the most sound philosophy would be based on an accurate understanding of biblical theologies. Therefore it would seem Kant's philosophy would inform us as to why Western society is now in such an advanced state of moral decay.

What would he say is the solution? no reward to work and we end up as Atheistic Bolshevik USSR or the way America is now going man stops striving

Philosophers never had to get their hands dirty this guy and many dont seem to understand basic gardening(many urbanites dont either ). God uses gardening metaphors alot even one of the first consequence was the toil of the soil will be increased. Planting a tomato plant takes effort some work needs to be put into planting and maintaining it but the fruit at the end  the harvest season that you get to eat is the reward. There are times the crop dies your neighbor might have a more bountiful crop from doing less , they may have better soil. Thats where I believe  Exodus 20:17 Though shall not covet thy neighbors house dont be envious of the outcome of someone else.

                                    I like              Romans 2:7 To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, He will give eternal life. (reward)



 flies in the face of "works based salvation" which is a misunderstanding , its work with the Lord to seize eternal life. 


Also I found recently  the word good (Tov) isnt an abstraction its a functional word of doing, working properly, proper action. Its not based on feelings in todays world stealing is ok because they were hungry but Biblically its proper action despite situation thou shall not steal

Good points! Hebrew is a very active oriented language.

Something interesting I found in recent studies: טוֹב וָרָע tov v'ra, good and evil, as in the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil (Gen 2-3) has more the connotation of doing or being good or evil. To know is to do in Hebrew, and we all have a choice in what to do. Before they were innocent- they just did what was right because they only listened to God. Now they also listened to their own heart and desires. Now we are all faced with the choice Yehoshua (Joshua) gave to the people, "choose this day who you will serve." (Josh 24:15b)
