Or is there any Torah reference to it please? It can only be inferred by the way they kept time. I do not recall any scripture that specifically used the term in Torah. It was a Hebrew idiom for 'the latest possible time" which survives today in our English vocabulary with much the same meaning- "At the last possible minute."
