TexasWoman here ..
Just wanted to say hello to anyone who still comes to this forum.
The posts on here get lots of views but very few replies which makes me wonder ...
But anyway, I am a single middle-aged (wow that sounds old) woman looking for fellowship with other singles, female and male, or with married females.
I prefer to talk on the phone rather than communicate through the computer.
So if anyone is out there and can relate, please send me a message. I hope to hear back from someone to let me know this forum is still alive.
Shalom, TexasWoman

There are a few active members here. But not very active, LOL. And that is ok. We do discourage giving phone numbers or especially addresses here on the open forum. And I had to close down the PM's because we had someone who was ditheist and wanted to preach that here. When it wasn't allowed, he went to the PM's and pulled some who were new to MJ away. The enemy always goes for the low hanging fruit first. You can still PM me, and I can PM others. But that is because I need to deal with forum issues, not because I like to chat! I mean, I can talk, but ... Anyhow, welcome to the forum! Dan C

Oh, ok.
Yes, I wasn't expecting anyone to post their personal info out on this thread. Just throwing it out there ... something like 22 views and one response?
Didn't know the PMs were shut down. So there really is no way to connect on here.
Not sure what a "dietheist" is .. will have to look that one up.
I am not big on computer chatting, either Seems very strange and impersonal to me. The less time I spend on the computer, the better.

Welcome to the forum. Yes fellowship is difficult. My son has the same issues here in Arkansas. Just have to hang in there and pray for God's will.

Welcome. Many of us are here because of lack of fellowship in the areas we live. I had never been on forums or chatted online until I joined here. I was uncomfortable at first, but it has met a need for me. I also want someone somewhere to hear what I have to say. I need to rejoice in and ponder over G-d and I come here to do it. Hopefully you are likewise blessed.

Thank you for the responses.
Chat rooms and forums are ok but the format is hard to manage sometimes and it just isn't conducive to making one on one friends.
I will keep looking.
Thanks ..

The less time I spend on the computer, the better. For some reason, we don't spend a lot of time talking to one another, not even by fingertips. I don't know why, but it is so. Perhaps because we all study so much.
Other forums I have been at in the past are chattier, but they are not Messianic either. However, you are welcome to email me...for a more personal response, but I avoid the phone like the plague...the sound of electronics these days drive me nuts.
Still, I am here at questor@earthlink.net, if you care to email. Or anyone, for that matter. And I talk about anything as well, being just as chatty as Dan!
