So this is the thing, which i want to bring discussion. So when i speak of Christianity. I speak of like what is usually mainly like among Gentiles. When i compare First century believers, i see major differences. There is so many things, which are not from the Bible. I speak some things out now: Christmas, Easter, Sunday, Denominations, Church buildings, Professional priests, Popes, Bishops. You can add somethings to the list and challenge what i have mentioned. Does anyone has investigated how this Emperor Constantine mixed things from paganism and things from Christianity and put it together and how it still influences like major part of gentile Christians all over the world? Has somebody made a list of things which came through Constantine to Christians or through church fathers, like Ignatius? I am very curious about this. This video has been awakening as to me as well. In the bible there is no denominations. First century believers in the Acts and in the New Testament, they didnt have denominations. The churches were named according to the local places, Church of Jerusalem, Church of Lystra, Church of Antioch and Church of Pergamon example. There were just one church for each city and place. So difference which separated other churches from others, where locality not denominations, like nowdays. Lesson 1 - Come out of the the box - The Pioneer School www.youtube.com/watch?v=JdzZv-XMXPU&list=PL0gVAb8r3Mj-GbT18XWdro0Kt_6wM0kv_I have desire to live like first centurty believers lived! This video shows it very well, how denominations were developed. It speaks mainly of Catholic chuch and protestant churches, how they were evolved.

I Cor. 1: 10 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. 11For it hath been declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them which are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you. 12Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ. 13Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul? I Cor 3:4 For while one says, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are you not carnal?
They had denominations but denounced them.

Those 1st cen "churches" were actually Messianic synagogues. The term church is a deliberate mistranslation in order to hijack the "New Testament" for this new religion, Christianity. The 1st cen believers were all Jews or proselytes to the sect of the Nots'rim. The Jews had many sects, and as jimmie points out there were already divisions among the Nots'rim (Nazarine) sect.
I don't have time right now to do your post justice in answering, and probably won't have for the forseeable future. but there is a lot written about all you ask in the archives (older posts) here.

Jedidja, something you must understand is that the Christian "church" developed completely apart from the sect of the Nots'rim (Nazarines) of which all the apostles were a part, and which Paul was said to be the "ringleader." Christianity is completely pagan from its' inception. This guy is on the right track to finding the truth, but he is nowhere near attaining it. He needs to break free of the church and look into Messianic Judaism or he'll never get there. Most of us started where he is, believing all we had to do was return the church to its' roots to fix its' problems. But eventually we all found that those roots were solidly in pagan soil, not in the truth of God. I wish I could take the time to really get into this with you, but I just don't right now. But spend some time in the older posts here and I think you'll find more and better answers than those video clips can provide.
