This is a letter from our Elder from Yisra'el Don Esposito.
Greetings Brethren,
And shalom in Yeshua's name. The only name in Heaven and earth where men will be saved.
There have been several major news stories over the past two weeks that can potentially shape
prophecy over the next year or so.
One is the decision by the world court denying China of territory in the Chinese Sea. And
secondly, was the attempted coup attempt in Turkey to over throw Tayyik Erdogan.
First on China, there has been an ongoing court battle brought on by the Philippines and other
small nations who have been having their free sea routes threatened by China's aggressive
policy over the last year to confiscate land in the Chinese Sea.
The United States has repeatedly stated that it will protect militarily if needed the free trade
routes of international waters that China is claiming, in which around 2 trillion dollars of trade
pass each and every year.
At the end of the day though what the real question is will the USA risk a possible military
confrontation with China over this and potentially bring the world into World war 3. Many do not
see the Obama administration doing this with less than 6 months until he leaves office and with
such a dovish policy that he has branded over his tenure in office.
If China flexes its muscles and will close down parts of the China Sea as a military zone most
analysts believe the more likely route for Obama and America will be some sort of economic
sanctions compared to standing up against China in a military showdown.
If this would happen it would greatly weaken America as the world policeman in that part of the
world and only strengthen the resolve of China to even take a harder stance in the future
against a new President Trump or Hillary Clinton and make a future military confrontation
against China all but certain in the next one to 2 years.
On the second news story is the attempted coup in Turkey. And although on the surface this
story seems much less impactful than what is happening with China, or even the tense situation
with Russia and NATO, but actually from a prophetic standpoint the failed coup in Turkey has
opened the door for a major prophetic occurrence to accelerate in the coming days.
I have written several articles and even have given several sermons on Turkey's role as a world
leader in the last days. Turkey's ancestors are split from ethnic backgrounds, but a good portion
of them are actually descendants of Edomites.
If we look at the chieftains of Esau we see the following:
Gen 36:15 These were the chieftains of the sons of Esau: the sons of Eliphaz, the first-born of
Esau: Chief Teman, Chief Omar, Chief Zepho, Chief Kenaz,
So we see the firstborn of Esau is Cheif Teman, and let's look at this lineage in the book of
Obadiah for the days we are living in. Obadiah is a one chapter book sharing the prophecy of
Esau's destruction in these last days because of their treatment to Israel when they are
weakened and attacked.
Oba 1:8 Shall I not in that day even destroy the wise out of Edom and understanding out of the
mount of Esau? declares YHWH.
Oba 1:9 And your mighty ones, O Teman, shall be afraid, so that each man from the mountain
of Esau may be cut off by slaughter.
So very interesting we see the very lineage of Teman being mentioned as "O Teman" in these
last days. And why is this important in regards to Turkey? Because Turkey was the last great
Islamic superpower under the family of the Ottoman or O' Teman rule.
The Ottoman Empire lasted from 1517 until the British mandate came in 1917, exactly 400
years where the Ottoman Turks ruled the Middle East and actually had the last Caliphate
(religious Muslim ruler) until ISIS named a caliphate two years ago.
When the Ottoman Empire ended they drafted a new constitution to be a secular non-religious
state in which radical Islam was outlawed and no religious party could serve in government.
This was the same time period that the Muslim Brotherhood started because of this very reason
of Turkey becoming a secular state with the sole purpose of regrouping and going back to a
Caliphate religious rule.
Turkey has stayed a secular nation since 1917 until the time that Tayyip Erdogan came to
power in 2002 after they changed the constitution allowing a religious party rule in Turkey. And
since Erdogan has come to power he has worked to get control of the parliament, presidency
and also all foreign ministry duties.
Erdogan has plainly stated he wants to bring back Islamic caliphate rule to Turkey and the
Middle East. So how does this come into play with prophecy? When you look at prophecy it
speaks of an end time global beast power government reigning in the end time after
Babylon/USA is destroyed.
Rev 13:1 And I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having
seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on its heads names of
blasphemy.
Rev 13:2 And the beast which I saw was like a leopard, and its feet were like the feet of a bear,
and its mouth was as a lion's mouth. And the dragon gave its power to it, and its throne, and
great authority.
Rev 13:3 And I saw one of its heads, as having been slain to death, and its deadly wound was
healed. And all the earth wondered after the beast.
Rev 13:4 And they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped
the beast, saying, Who is like the beast; who is able to make war with it?
Rev 13:5 And a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies was given to it. And authority was
given to it to act forty two months.
Rev 13:6 And it opened its mouth in blasphemy toward YHWH, to blaspheme His name and
His dwelling place, and those dwelling in Heaven.
Rev 13:7 And it was given to it "to war with the saints, and to overcome them." And authority
was given to it over every tribe and kindred and tongue and nation. (Dan. 7:21)
Rev 13:8 And all those dwelling in the earth will worship him, those of whom the names had not
been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb having been slain from the foundation of the
world.
Rev 13:9 If anyone has an ear, let him hear.
It is evident from scripture that this Beast Power will be a one world government ruled through
either the United Nations or a similar entity that would be created after the fall of Babylon.
The question is however, who will be the leader of this entity. Since medieval times many
religious pundits have speculated that it will be a united Europe that will be the military and
economic leader of such a union after Babylon falls.
However, in recent years due to the increase of radical Islam and the Islamic belief of the Mahdi
(Muslim Messiah)some now believe that it would be an Islamic nation that will rule this united
union of a world global government.
When we look at Turkey we find a most interesting possibility to fit this role as world leader. First
of all, as mentioned, Turkey was the last world leader of the Ottoman Empire when they
controlled most of the Middle East for 400 years under the last reigning Caliphate.
What makes Turkey even more interesting as a possible leader of this unholy union is that for
those thinking that the union will be headed by a resurrected Roman Empire they fail to
remember that Rome was the ancient capital in the west of that empire, but Constantinople was
the capital in the east, which is modern Istanbul in Turkey. So Turkey fits the resurrected
Roman Empire theory and also the Islamic Caliphate theory all into one.
And then, when we look at the prophecy of Israel in this equation and being attacked in the
never to happen yet Psalm 83 war we see the following:
Psa 83:2 For lo, Your enemies are roaring; and those who hate You have lifted up their head.
Psa 83:3 They take shrewd counsel against Your people; they plot against Your hidden ones.
Psa 83:4 They have said, Come, and we will cut them off from being a nation; and that The name
of Israel will not be recalled again.
Psa 83:5 For they conspired together with one heart; they have cut a covenant against You;
Psa 83:6 even the tents of Edom, and of the Ishmaelites; Moab and the Hagarites;
Psa 83:7 Gebal and Ammon, and Amalek; Philistia and those living in Tyre.
Psa 83:8 Also Assyria has joined with them; they were an arm to the sons of Lot. Selah.
What is most interesting and striking about the above scripture is that besides Edom (Turkey)
being at the head of this alliance against Israel in these last days, every other nation mentioned
here in this scripture was previously part of the old Ottoman Empire under Turkish rule.
So that brings us to the events of the last few weeks. It is not just that Turkey had an attempted
failed coup against Erdogan, but that Tayyip Erdigan has used this failed coup as an avenue to
completely wipe out any opposition to his Islamic rule and he has executed and imprisoned
thousands of politicians, army generals, opposing factions and anyone who does not either see
his fanatic vision of a revived Ottoman religious Empire or anyone he sees as a threat to his
vision.
This is major news as before this coup attempt although Erdogan's power has grown over the
last decade he had much opposition to this fanatic religious plan. This was the whole reason for
the coup attempt to replace him. But now he has in just 2 weeks radicalized and wiped out and
killed almost all opposition laying the foundation and groundwork to accomplish his religious
goals.
2017 is going to be a real interesting year on the world scene as America will get a new
president, Russia will come head to head with NATO, and China is on a collision course with its
neighbors. And all of this may actually hasten Turkey's plans even faster.
Luk 21:31 So also when you see these things happening, you know that the kingdom of
YHWH is near.
Luk 21:32 Truly I say to you, In no way will this generation pass away until all these things shall
occur.
Luk 21:33 The heaven and the earth will pass away, but My Words will not pass away, never!
Luk 21:34 But beware in yourselves that your hearts never become heavy by extravagance and
by drunkenness and by distress of the world, and that day should come suddenly upon you
Luk 21:35 as a snare, for it will come in on all those sitting on the face of all the earth. (Isa.
24:17)
Luk 21:36 Then be watchful at every time, begging that you be counted worthy to escape all
these things, the things being about to happen, and to stand before the Son of Man.
