Since Reuel has asked, I will answer. I came to know Yohshuah HaMoshiach as Ad-nia truelly a few years ago. I have always gone to church, but it was simply a lip service and I knew most of the people there so it was a fun lip service. But it was no more than that. I always felt bored and didn't want to learn and prayer was only for toys.
Since I was a child, anything important that ever happened in my life, I dreamed about it beforehand. I have always had this "gift". So when I was 12, 5 years ago. I dreamed that Ad-nia was giving me in my hand a pair of tefellin and tzitzis. I had never seen either of these articles afore so I figured it was just craziness.
As time progressed I met many jewish people in my neighborhood. Many of whom were messianic. I have spent a few Shabbats in all the local synogogues except the ones. At the age of 14 I found out that I was Jewish, something that I should have known, but was never simply told.
When I turned 15 I had that same dream again, but this time we had moved. I know live nearer (about one block) to my church and even closer to a messianic synogogue; the same that one of my closest high school friends goes to.
Two summers ago I had another dream in which I saw myself putting on the tefellin and tzitzis. I now knew what had to happen and I have spent every single day from the day I had that dream to today learning , Talmud, and Midrash and compairing that with my ever increasing knowlegde of the B'Rit Hadashah. My family does not support me unfortunetly, luckely I am able to keep kosher because I am the one who does all the cooking and shopping for my family so Adonai has given me an easier position.
To sum it all up as short as possible 'You cannot have the new without the old, yet both are as important, and nothing important was ever done without obstacles.'
