What does it mean that 'all Israel will be saved'? Is it that all (each and every) Jewish person will come to salvation? Or is there another meaning?

What does it mean that 'all Israel will be saved'? Is it that all (each and every) Jewish person will come to salvation? Or is there another meaning? Romans 11:26-27 (KJV) And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins. Most think this is an end times prophecy. Ch. 11 speaks of a remnant in Israel and the hardening of the rest of the nations; then Gentiles are grafted in making Israel jealous. Then finally the national salvation of Israel. I take it that because of the (ex) Gentiles (that’d be us) and the remnant, and most especially because of the Deliverer, all Israel at that (future) time will be saved. However there are some terrible wars and persecutions which will take place before that, so how much of the nation will be left to be saved I do not know. I should point out that many Messianics do believe all Jews will be saved in the end. I don’t see this in scripture anywhere, but just know that is out there. Dan C
