B”H I am Remind by Noach was witnessing to the World for 120 years( could mean a person lifetime) by obeying Hashem’s word, by building the Ark. Same with us by us Obeying Hashem commandments we too are witnessing to the world. I was taught that when Hashem revealed Himself to us, He did not give us a systematic theology, creeds, recipes or diagrams. He gave us laws. Yet they are more than just laws intended to tidy up human society. They are actual pieces of godliness. Each commandment is a small revelation of Hashem. More than just a rule for governing human behaviour, the laws of are a reflection of the Lawgiver. Therefore, by doing his /Law/Commandments we are a reflection/witness of the Lawgiver. Hebrews 11:7 By trusting, Noach, after receiving divine warning about things as yet unseen, was filled with holy fear and built an ark to save his household. Through this trusting, he put the world under condemnation and received the righteousness that comes from trusting. ( CJB )

There are some key questions you can close with to help them in thier decision making:
1. Are you, or were you ever a sinner?
2. Do you see the need of forgiveness for our sins?
3. You must believe Yeshua died on the cross, was buried and rose again on the third day, right?
4. Do you believe Yeshua and Sha'ul were observant Jews who worshiped as Jews, in synagogue and in the Temple when it stood?
5. Aren't these our primary example; those we seek to emulate?
6. Now, are you willing to be obedient to Yeshua, who is God, surrendering to Him and inviting His Ruach into your life as a Messianic believer?
Important: After asking each question, you should be silent and pray for this person or persons. Allow God to work in their hearts and let them make their decision. And just as important, if at any time in the whole process they say they want to become Messianic, jump to the next part here- the part where they say "YES".
If they say yes, I ask them to pray. I do not have them just repeat what I say, although I will give them guidelines on what to pray as they go along. I want this to be their prayer, unique to them and between them and God, not them and me witnessed by God. I think there is a huge difference; and it may be between them and eternity.
Tell them they need only ask God for the gift of salvation now. Truly cry out to God with all your heart and ask Him to save you. A simple prayer, from the heart, is all it takes. Here are some guidelines: 1. believe Yeshua died on the cross for your sins, and that He was resurrected to eternal life (pray this in their own words)
2. ask forgiveness, and be willing to turn away from your sins (repentance)
3. accept Yeshua as your personal Savior, as well as your example, along with Sha'ul and the apostles
4. ask His Ruach upon you, and be willing to obey His mitzvoth (commandments), trusting Him as Lord of your life
5. ask for continued guidance of His Ruach so that you may be set apart for Him
6. Give thanks to Him as Lord. 7.In Yeshua's Holy Name, Omeyn (this they can repeat after you)
Obviously too, if they have questions at any point here, you can go back and clarify. Then when they are ready, start the prayer over from the beginning.
Use Messianic terms, and clarify when necessary. I'd then tell them about tevilah/baptism as a Messianic believer as an act of obedience right away.

I was listening to a study on the relationship between faith and obedience that did a really good job of making that connection obvious. Anyway, it struck me how this connection is obvious to Christians when it comes to human marriages. However, Christians seem to be unable to make that same connection in their relationship with G-d. The expectations and obligations of human marriage could be another way to help them see the faithfulness expressed in observance. G-d makes it obvious, but it just seems like so much of the issue is us not being able to make the connections. When people say they are "faithful" or "unfaithful" in human terms, it means something very concrete and is directly related to obedience. There are numerous biblical verses that speak of breaking the commandments as a betrayal and act of unfaithfulness. G-d also describes the congregation as His bride. If we just help them make these connections while discussing it in light of what they understand in human marriage, it might help them see. Basically I am thinking of trying to show them that -observance is submission as a wife would submit to a husband, obedience to G-d's will and instruction is faithfulness in knowing He loves us and knows what is best, and this is fundamentally an expression of love and devotion between Him and us.
