151. It is a negative commandment to do no work on Yom Kippur (the Day of Atonement)

Vayikra 23:28 (OJB) And ye shall do no work in that same day; for it is Yom Kippurim, to make kapporah for you before Hashem Eloheichem.

Leviticus 23:28 (CJB) You are not to do any kind of work on that day, because it is Yom-Kippur, to make atonement for you before ADONAI your God.
