22. It is a negative commandment not to pay heed to a person prophesying in the name of an idol.
Devarim 13:3 (OJB) (13:4) Thou shalt not give heed unto the devarim of that navi, or that dreamer of dreams; for Hashem Eloheichem is testing you, to know whether ye love Hashem Eloheichem with all your lev and with all your nefesh.
Deuteronomy 13:3 you shall not listen to the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams. For the LORD your God is testing you, to know whether you love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
One should not get into any long discussion with him or ask for a sign or wonder, no attention is to be paid him. ...

Ever discuss the daily horoscope with anyone? Talk about Nostradamus? Spin a wheel or throw dice to determine what you'd do?
What about listening to idolatrous Christians (not all are) speak of prophesy; the rapture and those terrible Jews all left behind to suffer? I'd certainly say this is wrong since they are so far off course in their prophecies there is nothing good to be gained from it.
