The best book I've seen for healing and restoration of relationships; and the best "manual" for raising children and maintaining familial relationships, other than the Bible itself! From the forward, pge 9; "throughout redemptive history God has ordained the verbal blessing to be the fountainhead to counter the curse of sin." I've given several of these books away to family and friends- in fact, I usually keep a couple of extra copies on hand to give to people who are hurting- it's that good!

I will be much interested in this for others...I really don't have anyone to bless me. 

What is interesting is that well into the 1400's, a blessing from a parent each day was an honored and much desired obligation...to give from parent to child, and to be received in true reverence.  Much has been lost and disregarded on the blessing of a child.
