Just a thought; if we are to be the temple of the living God and the temple was a gathering place. A place of sacrifice for atonement for our sins a place of washing of guilt, forgiveness and bringing us closer to the father through repentance then how do we resemble such things in our daily lives? How are we representing the temple of the living God, Blessed be His name. Are we good stewards or are we destroying the very image of that which we proclaim we stand for? We need to be continually cleansed by the Ruach (Spirit) white washed walls free of grime and dirt. We need to be praying without ceasing as we offer up sacrifices from our lips and in the way we walk out our lives. We must be offering prayer in every action of our lives or else we are missing out on the blessing that is promised. We must be a place for those to confide in, find forgiveness and help wash the guilt. A rabbi once said we should be like the utensils used in the Temple. If you are not being challenged in your walk with the father than maybe you are not walking in the right direction. He is not holding you back, we are the greatest wall builders when it comes to our own destruction. Shalom! Bless and Keep!

An added thought, which has been repeating itself in my study, practice, and interactions recently is that the "temple" was a place of community, a gathering together with God and each other. I believe it is clear from the Bible that we must associate and interact. Consider carefully the commands of Leviticus 23 of which this verse is only an introduction.
Lev 23:2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them: The appointed seasons of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be HOLY CONVOCATIONS, even these are My appointed seasons.
This forum is a shadow of a gathering together and meeting of minds for interaction and communication about our God.
