UFO's, Tales, fictions....

Okay I don't know if anyone has thought this is true or someone has already posted this, if so, please bare with me with this topic.

I have a friend who thinks there are such things as UFO's and such and truly believe that the OT proves without a doubt that these things are hidden in the bible. I don't know what to say to him to make him understand that their is no such thing and that it is all man-made evil ideas.

I even gave him several scriptures to help him understand what he is doing. I don't know what else to say to help him.

I don't want to delete him as a friend and I feel like G-d wants me to continue to help him and I will... but I am losing my patience and my patience is wearing out thin.

he doesn't rely on anyone's thinking but his own.. Do you think that is not dangerous? He tells everyone that UFOs and Aliens are real and it is hidden in the bible.

I don't think he needs helping. We don't really know what else is out there and either way it doesn't change anything theologically or practically. We still have a loving father who sent his son and we still have the and the spirit. It doesn't really matter beyond that. I personally don't believe in aliens but I know a handful of smart, thinking -observant Messianics who consider it within the realm of possibility.

Hard to say without knowing him, how adamant and how "in your face" he might be about this. But I will say there are different levels, or degrees of friendship. I certainly wouldn't let someone like this into my inner circle of trusted friends. Wouldn't even call him a close friend, probably. And if he is the type that this is all he'll talk about most of the time, or you have to hear about it every time you talk, I'd consider disassociating yourself with him. No one has the right to waste your time.

Also consider that we are judged by others, and very rightly so, by the friends we keep. Something to think of if he's part of the "foil hat brigade." Conversely, if this is just something he's interested in the possibility of their existence, maybe you can be "on friendly terms". The thing about there being proof in the Old Testament does concern me though. I would not align myself spiritually with anyone espousing this.

okay "he " is constantly saying this over and over again and this is leaning people from the one TRUE G-d. And it bothers me, I know it shouldn't because in the end of the day, he will have to answer to
G-d for his doing.

I have pondered this general question and my study of the Bible leads me to some specific thoughts. The logic is not obvious but I think it is compelling.

Evil was cast out of heaven to this earth after sin entered this earth by the transgression of Adam and Eve.

Therefore, evil is confined to this earth and why would any unfallen intelligence come here except to do God's work.

The angels don't need to use spaceships!

Satan is a master deciever and liar.

If UFO's exist then it is either man-made or some kind of deception by Satan. Satan and the evil angels are the only "aliens".

I didn't bother to include specific Bible verses but I can look them up, if you need them.

I have had this debate with a friend who has shown me verses of the bible about Aliens and such. I believe to be evil doers and some who believe it are being deceived by the evil one.

I want to point out that if this is so, I much rather cling on the word of G-d to be safe than be sorry to be brainwashed into thinking evil thoughts that might be true. I truly think this is the works of evil.

Adam and Eve were cast out of the Garden of Eden because they have sinned against G-d. We all know this and the Story of Adam and Eve...

Satan is very clever and I will not give him no credit due to the fact that is what he wants. I spit on him for his spirit is cold, evil, and hollow. He is no match to our Father in Heaven Elohim HaShem.

Ok I have a few moments to spare.

The question would be to all is do you believe that there is another realm out there other then the one that we are living in?

I believe there is a spiritual realm other than what we see with our physical eyes. I believe there is a godly realm and a demonic realm. I also know these things exists because I have seen many things that I really have no explanation for.

Now where my husband and I used to live which was in the Niagara Region here in Canada, there are quite a bit of strange things going on there. Some I have seen with my very eyes and had others see them also to let them know that I am not losing it. They also have no explanation for the things that they saw.

I could go on with the many things, however I have no time right now but will later after work.

Some people only believe that there is only this life and not anything beyond this. Some believe that Heaven and hell exists and others don't. So I guess it all depends in what one believes. But really the bible talks a lot about the spirit realm. The book of Daniel and Revelations. What about people seeing angels or demons?

Anyway as I stated I could go on.. but I must go for now. I will be back later this evening after work.

In a sense it seems clear there is a "realm" invisible to us. Maybe we lost touch with it after the sin of Adam and Eve. However, I believe it is of no concern to us because we live here and now. I also believe Satan likes to deceive us with nonsense he can do because he still has some touch with "the invisible", which God allows him to use to mislead those who do not depend on God. The Bible gives us clear guidance on what to believe. In particular, the guidance that the dead are DEAD and do not communicate with us strongly limits the tricks of Satan for those who follow God. Neither God nor the good angels will ever deceive or confuse us. Satan and the other fallen angels will work very hard to deceive and confuse us. So who is behind strange things? Isn't the answer obvious? Don't be deceived and confused. Believe God and His Word! Ignore the nonsense...

To me, all the UFO stuff is a deception and a snare, put on by the Adversary. At the same time, when someone speaks of UFO's, I think of Demons, putting on a show. I have seen my share of odd lights in the skies behaving in what appears to be blatant ways, like someone saying, hey, look at me! Interesting, even pretty, but irrelevant....and not scary, because they are doing nothing but be there.

I do not doubt the cleverness of evil in appearing as it wishes, but I also know there are at least three Heavens...our modern way of speaking of these things might be be dimensions, in which things that we do not know or understand occur, as they are hidden from view, or at least most of the time. Some people seem to be gifted with deeper sight into these things, and visions can be tricky things to describe.

HaSatan and his angels are active in our dimension, or under our heaven, but it is a big universe, and there is plenty of room for fallen angels to trick and deceive, and appear in ways that are misleading.

I do not actually put it beyond the realm of possibility that haSatan works under the cover of technology, and that a lot of the UFO's that people speak of is merely what can be done with sufficient money, and evil purpose. I enjoy exploring these possibilities now and again, but only within examining the purpose of the Adversary fooling people, or messing with them in order to advance the times to the End of Days.

It is written in Scripture that a lot of strange things are going to happen towards that Last Day, and what are called miracles by John in Revelation may be advanced, and supposedly 'alien' technology to us. It would be 'alien' only because it would be hidden from normal scientific view.

Still, the person you speak sounds like he is not a comfortable person to be around, and I would walk away whenever I could.

Yes, I would agree that Satan can deceive many people in any way he can to lead them away from God. There is no doubt about this.

As for UFOs, are they real or just man's invention to bring fear to others? That is a good question indeed. I in some way tend to lean on the fact that it is man's invention. But there are some historical facts that others in past centuries have seen them also.

God knows all these mysteries and where they all come from. But my mind was working on many of them today. Such as the Bermuda Triangle and many other places. Some believe them to be demonic in nature and other believe it to be of natural causes.

But I believe God has all those answers. I could share much of what I saw. Some were demonic in nature where with others I have no idea.

I am going to rest with that thought.
