That's one of my husbands favorite jokes....of course he embelishes it, and adds some funny Jewish names... and a yiddish accent...

He changes it every time he tells it....just substitute in "funny" Jewish names (Mrs. Feinblatt calls Shloimie, etc) and a yiddish accent....and you can create your own version!

I'm afraid my version would be a little disappointing. My Yiddish is a bit rusty. Then just throw in a few yiddish words...furshluginner, shlomiel, etc... everyone can do those!

Furshluginner? (Are you allowed to say that in public?) ;D Sure, why not? It just means old, beat up, piece of junk, although it's used in a broader range now...such as crazy, nutty.... don't know.....I didn't even notice they were missing.
