May God protect the nation of Israel. I don't believe that President Obama is a friend to Israel. We have no right as a nation to tell Israel to freeze the building of settlements on their own land. Israel is God's land. I was watching a program about Messianic Times and it was interesting to watch how Israel is blossoming as a rose. The Bible says that Israel will bless the world with fruit. God is preparing this country for His soon return when He will enter the Eastern Gate.

Donna I agree- Obaman is a friend to Israel's enemies, but not to Israel. He is among the worst of the presidents as to how he is treating Israel. Nixon may have been an anti-semite, but he came through in the end. Carter was horrible, but mostly after he left office. Obviously Obama does not believe in the word of the Almighty, or he would be supporting Israel instead of her enemies. As long as Jews are in the land of Israel, the land will flourish. Without Jews, the land will wither and die.

May God protect the nation of Israel. I don't believe that President Obama is a friend to Israel. HaShem will indeed protect Eretz Israel. However, maybe you should be telling the Palestinians that, instead of the American President? Does anyone realize how much financial, and military aid Israel recieves from the U.S each year? I wouldn't call them enemies by a long shot. America is the last country to point that finger at. Shalom

In return it is an ally to the US (which is more than can be said for other countries that get our aid) as well as a source intelligence information and advanced technology. Up until our current president I would agree that the US was a staunch ally of Israel; now I don't see the prior level of support from Obama. I do see him getting Jews killed if he continues on the present course.

I do see him getting Jews killed if he continues on the present course. I absolutely agree that Obama needs to change his current policy regarding Israel, and establishing new settlements. However, I also understand his political reasons for doing so, and his interest in keeping peace there. I disagree with the way he went about it though. I do grow tired, however, of hearing people bad mouthing the United States of America when it comes to Israel. As if the U.S is an enemy to Israel. Nothing could be further from the truth, and those who say such things are just plain ignorant. I am also a patriot, and happen to love my country! The United States has stood by Israel since it's inception in 1948, and had it not been for the U.S, Israel would not now be an independent Jewish "state." I really don't understand why people say such crazy things. Especially those who live in the U.S. To them I would say, if you don't like America, then you know where the door is, don't let it hit you in the back-side on your way out. I can find nothing in the Bible that says it's wrong for me to love my country. In fact, there's numerous passages that teach we should. Perhaps America doesn't currently enjoy the morality, and integrity it once did, but that can change. It all starts with us who live there. I love everything America stands for, and it's established doctrines on which it was founded. Please, don't anyone shoot me for that....LOL Shalom

However, Obama is doing horrible things to Israel and to our relationship with her. We (as a country, certainly not meLOL) elected him...so we as a country do bear some responsibility for what he is doing. Best thing we can do is vote him and those like him out asap.

I do see him getting Jews killed if he continues on the present course. Israel receives 2 .7 billion from US, because of the peace treaty between Egypt and Israel, 1976. Egypt also receives 2.7 billion. Obama is a Jew hater, Israel hater and a false prophet from the adversary, Satan. Since Obama has been in office, he has thrown Israel under the bus over 100x. Jews in Israel call him "Pres. Hussein" and they know he is NO "Christian" NO WAY. They believe that he is a Moslem, this inc. Messianics, Orthodox Jews, and even secular that are at least becoming more Observant. I am in the thick of this- a constant battle in the affairs of men (politics is what they call it). Anything you need to know about Israel, if I dont know it, my husband does. At any rate, we ARE an enemy to Israel and we will suffer as we did with Katrina- because of the Gush Kativ. G-ds words are FOREVER. He said he would bless those that bless Israel, curse those that curse Israel- he does NOT change- we do. He is omnipotent, we are not. I like how serial Jew haters never like to bring up the other 20 plus nations that we give $ to, most are Moslem nations.

You are correct...last time I checked, which has been a few years, it was close to the 5 billion mark. We undoubtedly get a lot more for our 2.7 billion from Israel than we do from Egypt.
He is no friend of Jews or Israel.
He claims to be Christian, but if so he is definitely on the liberal scale of Christianity. I love Evangelicals because of their staunch support of Israel and Jews. Liberal Christians...I can do without them because unfortunately many times they are the enemy of Israel.
Omain!
Yes, they always manage to conveneintly over look this...as well as the fact that the Muslims have the vast majority of land. Israel is a tiny little sliver, and the Muslims and the world begrudge us that.

Since I am a citizen of this country, my alligence is first to the US. However, since Israel and the US have common goals and values, I do not see a contradiction between supporting both.

However, since Israel and the US have common goals and values, I do not see a contradiction between supporting both. Me either. So I do indeed support both. In their proper order too. Shalom

How can Israel be blessed from God, when most of them don't believe in yeshua? and many many Jewish people are so liberal..
I know of this Jewish man that Gangsta-Rap and hes a CEO.. and very much Jewish.. I am sure God would not agree with this at all.
what does God mean by it when we should support Iarael when they do bad things.. I would rather support Africa where there are starving people who Love the Lord so much..
I also believe that most people in Africa could be Gods chosen people also.
