Preparing for the Moedim

As we are near the end of the "three weeks" and Tish B'Av is upon us, I began thinking that the Fall Feasts are upon us.

I was wondering how many observe the 9th, and in what way?

I was just wondering how others begin to prepare themselves for the upcoming feasts?

Thought it might be an interesting subject to discuss.

It is my custom to fast on Tishba Av and dress according to the tradition of mourning (to wear something black). We have also traditionally held a time of prayer specificaly for the nation and people of Israel on that evening.
