I am probably showing my ignorance with this question but it has been bugging me for days.
Numbers 15:38-39 tells us to wear a fringe (Tzitzit) on the corner of our garments. I've seen them on the corner of the prayer shawl (Tallit) at Sabbath meeting, but only on one person have I seen them at other times.
After much looking online I have found the Tallit Katan which is for daily use. My problem is... How do you wear it if you tuck your shirt in?

Hi Bob,
It's a new skill and the task of dressing in the morning would be somewhat comical if the first several times of trying to get dressed with a tallit katan were on view for public display. That's not even to mention the early concerns of dipping one's tassles into the toilet when going in for an emergency landing. Yet, practice makes better; and quite honestly, I miss the early concerns and awareness of their presence that make the tzitziot such a beautiful command: that for constant awareness and remembrance of Adonai's Law and His love toward us, calling us to obedience.
When tucking in my shirt, I hold the tassles in between the fingers of the hand that I am using to hold my pants. This isn't altogether always successful and sometimes one has to do a little digging. Yet, also, I often wear shirts that do not need to be tucked in. That makes the whole thing just all that much easier.
