Does anyone have a plan or method of memorizing that they could share? What about encouraging our families to memorize?

Perhaps i'm a bit negligent in this area, but i have awoken with what i'd call a full sermon of scriptures in my head. To me it's more of the Holy Spirit bringing things i read to remembrance as needed.
I do sometimes wonder if i should try and memorize some scriptures a bit better.
