Some of you may have noticed some of the member designations under the user name for forum members. These designations are actually forum ranks based on number of posts on the forum. I thought I may take some time to explain them for the benefit of our members.
The “New Member”
This is a member whom has just joined the forum or has a number of posts ranging from 0-49.
The “Junior Member”
This member is certainly an active participate on the forum as they continue to contribute to the forum and is now ranging somewhere between 50-99 forum posts.
The “Full Member”
The Full Member is zealous indeed and now is reaching a post count of between 100-249 posts! It is at this point that a member will –possibly- be considered for the position of “Forum Moderator”.
The Senior Member
Other than demonstrating zeal for
and the Kingdom Of Heaven, the Senior Member has established him or herself as a foundational part of the forum. Such a one has surely been instrumental in furthering the Kingdom Of Heaven for those learning on the net.
Talmid HaTorah
The Talmid HaTorah is translated from Hebrew to mean “Student Of The”. At 500 forum posts and above this distinguished member has done his or her homework and study of . If we are studying we all are of course students of , but the one whom has made it to 500 posts has certainly proved it on the forum and indeed has the respect of the forum moderators and members. Such a one has also been instrumental in furthering the Kingdom Of Heaven for those learning on the net.
Forum Moderator
This position is held by those whom are at least considered "Full Members". They will have been selected by the other Forum Moderators and Admin. based on their maturity, theological wisdom, understanding of and The Messiah of Yisrael to help guide the forum discussions.
In addition, the Forum Moderator is in a position of authority on the forum and is also considered a Teacher which represents the forum. Not only do they moderate the discussions, but they teach and Messiah to those on the World Wide Web. All members are to give due respect to the Moderators of Ahavat Elohim Messianic Discussion forums.
Forum Admin.
The Forum Admin. is the general overseer of the forum and has the ultimate authority to admit new members to the forum, but also to ban and suspend members whom break the forum rules. The Forum Admin will work with the Moderators to come to various decisions on the forum such as banning and suspending members. The forum admin. works also as a "Moderator" and teacher, but spends much of his time maintaining the forum and overseeing what is taking place on the forum.
