I had never thought of this before (being raised as a chris*ian) but should we worship Yeshua? It occured recently to me that I do not know of an example that the diciples either prayed or worshiped Yeshua. That is not to say that Yeshua is not Elohim for I know he is, but He is just one "emination" of HaShem. As it says in Isaiah 53 : "Who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the L-d been revealed? For HE shall grow up...." It does not seem proper or appropriate to worship "the arm" only....but if one worships the whole being (Adonai Elohim) we worship the "arm" as well. I don't know. Just a thought I wanted to throw out to wee what you guys think.

Joh 20:26-29 KJV And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace, be unto you. (27) Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. (28) And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. (29) Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

I'll preface my remarks by saying that I'm a unitarian so i do not worship Yeshua as being God.
However, I would say that there is scriptural warrant to speak to and sing songs to Messiah. For example, Psalm 45 is a prophetic psalm written in praise of the Messiah.
Also, there is a passage I love in 1 Chronicles 29:20:
"Then David said to all the assembly, “Now bless the LORD your God.” So all the assembly blessed the LORD God of their fathers, and bowed their heads and prostrated (Heb: "Shachah"/ LXX- "Proskuneuo" - same word used in the gospels with regard to Yeshua) themselves before the LORD and the king."
I think this is a Messianic image. The people of God bow down and reverence the one God as well as His anointed King. In that case, it was David, ulimtately, it's Yeshua.
It seems to me that the scriptures make clear that normally, the God the Father is the one who is to be worshipped and prayed to.
Not wanting to start a Trinity discussion (had waaay too many of those!), but I thought I'd chip in.
