Messiah in Genesis

Wow!

I've been in this study Messiah Unveiled.

It's just amazing!

This study is about not unveiling the Messiah in Genesis but that Messiah is already Unveiled.

Some very enlightening stuff.

The most enlightening so far in Genesis is Adonai appeared in physical human form Messiah!

The most awesome is Genesis 18:22

Then the men turned away from there and went toward Sodom, but Abraham still stood before the LORD.

Now I don't know how to read Hebrew but Rabbi said and I do 'trust' him the Masoretes used a tikkun sofrim to ‘repair’ the text and that ‘repair’ what we read in our Bibles in Gen 18:22. The text says that G-d stood before Abraham – and coupled with the spelling of Adonai (with a kametz), indicates that this was G-d in a human form.

Now doubt in this passage that G-d is human form.

But that is even more awesome and I believe more significant is that as Rabbi says about the Masoretes, the text says that G-d stood before Abraham compared to our English bibles Abraham stood before G-d.

Wow! This is Messiah no doubt. But the men that were with Him went there way to Sodom but HE stayed. He stood before Abraham as an equal. A servant would bow down to a king but He stood and presented Himself as Abraham's equal.

but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men.

Deep!

This is so significant. That G-d wanted to stay behind and fellowship. He wants to fellowship.

I declare that the G-d of Israel has always wanted this. That I was 'ripped off' in believing the opposite. That the G-d of the OT was mean and Jesus is better.

When you see Yeshua and read His Words it is G-d and Yeshua is G-d, period.

Not in Genesis; but my favorite part example of this is in Deuteronomy 34:5-6 when Adonai personally and physically works through the process of preparing and executing the burial of His friend Moses.

Wow! Maybe when I progress in study it will take me there.

The revelation that is happening to me is the physical human form of Adonai is Messiah.

In the we don't know His name. It is Adonai manifested in the flesh.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

That the Word not only tabernacled among us:

nifal form of vayera (from ra’ah) - nifal is the passive form. It means to be seen by another. Genesis 18 is called ‘Vayera’ – ‘And He Appeared’ – or ‘And He (was) Seen’.

This is amazing!

What's amazing is that the very first word/letter in the is Messiah!

Messiah is the ‘Bet’.

The ancients considered that all those things to the right (i.e. the rest of Scripture) to have come from the letter bet. They postulated that an invisible letter, pey (which fits around the letter bet) represented the mouth of the Almighty – and that the bet itself is the instrument, the Words, the Voice, of the Almighty.

That's deep and it does 'jive' as you 'work your way up' from the beginning.

In the Zohar, it is said that the first thing that was created was the (word) aleph beit from aleph to tav, two places in the NT says the same thing, first born of all creation, the word became flesh.
Bereshis bara Elohim et/aleph tav.
Genesis say by the word of his mouth everything was created, He had to have an Alphabet to form words, Jn. 1-5 the word made it all.
So for me it is elementry! No need for a "Rocket Scientist" to make sense of the simple reading.
It is the "Word of the Lord", it shows up all through the bible.
Mt 4:4 Every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.

Life in the word.

Hear the word, believe the word, keep the word, know the Lord!

Wow this study is awesome!

The progressive revelations are the best.

It's like reading a book. You can go to the last pages and find out the story. Or you could start from the beginning and experience the story.

Genesis with no doubt points and has Messiah present .

Psalms 110 says it best. “You are a priest forever According to the order of Melchizedek.”

I primarily agree with much of what you are saying, but I wouldn't say that Adonai presented Himself as Avraham's equal. Avraham and we are clearly Adonai's servants. But, I would certainly agree that Adonai has revealed Himself throughout B'resheet in various forms including HaMashiach. I also agree that He desires to have sweet fellowship with us. And, Messiah is the mediator of that fellowship.
