I bought the DVD. It was great! I especially liked the part on the prophecy of Daniel and how it related to Hanukkah. This DVD is definately a must see if your unsure of whether you want to celebrate Hanukkah or not. But even if your decided it has lots of great info.

Yes, the interpretation of the prophecy of Daniel is a must see! Daniel Lancaster gives evangelical teachers a run for their money.
And, I agree that if someone is deciding whether to celebrate Hanukkah...see this movie.

I have a cleaned up version of a document by that name and author in my notes. It is well worth the read, but I am not going to put it up here because it is almost entirely their work. If anyone wants, PM me and I'll email you a copy of the notes, with the understanding they are not for general dispersion or reproduction.

It has a good history of the holiday, as well as some good tips for observing it. Very good for those who have children at home as well. jimmie, it has recommended scriptural readings for you as well!
