I was hoping for some good suggestions for where to post information about our fellowship so that those searching will know that we exist. Our fellowship is small, but open to the public and we would like to make that known. We do not belong to either of the two large Messianic groups (MJAA or the other one-I forget that one's initials) so I cannot simply go to those sites. So I was looking for other good sites to get our fellowship into online directories. If anyone has good site recommendations, I would appreciate it.
Thank you- Shavua Tov!
Messimom

Shavua Tov Messimom! Probably the best place on the web to post info about your Congregation would be www.yashanet.com, just as Mark stated.

In addition to the recommendations that have already been given, I would also add that it is important to set up the meta-tags on your pages properly. Search engines, like Yahoo and Google, routinely scan all the pages on the internet, and rank them according to their content. If you use keywords properly, you stand a better chance of being in the top ten when people search for keywords. If you need more detail, I'll be happy to answer more questions, either here or via email. Shalom, Mishkan David

There is also Messianic Top 100 and Messianic links which are great resources. If you have a website you can also join The Messianic Judaism Webring (which I administer) if you add the proper webring navbar somewhere on the site. Shalom b'Yeshua, Reuel

I have been trying to get Yashanet to update our listing for the last few months to no avail as everything on our current listing is outdated and inaccurate. They are a little more hard to get a hold of. I think I have sent around 6 e-mails with no response over the last few months.
Anyways pray that they will at least get back to me one way or another.

Really? I was able to get ahold of them without a problem. Of course that was a couple of years ago...
