As I know Paul personally, without bias I can say that he is one of the most anointed worship leaders I have ever met.
He is a man who truly lives for G-d.
With that said, while he is a great friend of the Messianic Movement, I would like to see him more connected to his Jewish heritage. He tends to be more of a Hebrew Christian, than a Messianic Jew.

I love Paul Wilbur's music. Adonai has certainly blessed the Messianic Assembly through his music. Keep up the good mitzvah Paul!
