I attend a Catholic church close by here once per week because I have friends in that church and it is only 3 blocks away and the timing of the mass is perfect for me. I go to church in the first place only to meet the "fellowshipping" requirements.
In that Church with me it's a monkey see monkey do situation, when they stand I stand, when they sit I sit, when they kneel I kneel.
With the online service you had recommended Dan, since most of it is in Hebrew I sit in front of my pc and simply listen but what exactly is expected of any viewer? Should I stand when they stand to sing or pray and sit when they sit? Also, that is a very long service, with my ADD brain, I can barely get through a 30 minute session in Church so what should I do whenever my brain says it can no longer focus?

The more you participate, the more you'll get out of it. The rabbi's darash is towards the end, so just tune in for the last hour. Or leave it playing in the background until the darash, then try to listen. There really are no expectations. It is provided as a service to those who have no synagogue to attend.

The service started at 1pm, I sat in front of my pc at 2pm and was very surprised I got through 45 minutes of it before my brain started drifting so I knew I was done at that time. However, the English part you had mentioned started at 3 so next Saturday I will sit in front of the pc at that time but I will still have it running from the start while lying on my couch so I can see bits and parts until 3.
I think the entire service lasted around 4 hours, I can't for the life of me figure out how people can focus for that entire length of time!
