Though my heart is Jewish, no one has ever paid me the compliment of saying that I "look Jewish

You would be surprised at the number of Jews who don't have the
sterotypical "Jewish look". On one trip to Israel I was surprised to
think we had a gentile on our trip....he looked like a California
surfer dude. Turned out he was descended from a long line of
distinguished rabbis.

Yeah, I was surprised when I learned that Michael Landon and Tony Randall were Jewish.
To me, they didn't have "the look".

Two of my doctors are Jewish.
Both "look Jewish", but one more so than the other.
