I figured it was time to say hi since I already started posting 
A little about me.
I grew up in a charismatic christian church and at the age of 18 I didn't deny Elohim I kind of put Him to the side
About 2 years ago (I am now 30) I felt the urge to be connected again with Him and started my spiritual journey. I went back to the types of churches I was used to but they became a disappointment by seeing the apostasy that was allowed in. I didn't know where to go.
Over the last year I began studying the Bible and left Elohim guide me as to what He wanted me to be studying. Wow. What a ride He has taken me on and I look forward to more! I started out becoming very interested in end times prophecy. This led me into studying about the feasts and customs of Judaism.
I began realizing that there was so much that I wasn't taught in the christian churches. And, also realized that there was a lot that was wrongly taught.
I have always had a deep love for Israel and over the last year my love has grown even stronger. I came to realize that what my life was lacking was the true way to Elohim. I call myself a baby when it comes to following the
. I'm still learning so much and have even hit some bumps in the road as to changing some of my ways or learning things I've never did before.
I have since decided not to attend any christian church. It doesn't do much for me because I find myself constantly looking for the wrong and I also don't feel comfortable sitting somewhere weekly knowing that others around me don't understand my beliefs or may even be against me for my beliefs. I would love to go to a Messianic congregation but the closest decent one to me is a little over 2 hours away. So, I study with my husband and socialize online in forums with like believers.
